A group of parents and religious leaders in upstate New York want yoga classes out of public schools, saying the instruction violates boundaries between church and state.

- no, we get rain like this once every few years. Actually, if you look back over several decades, it's normal pattern. But the death of two parents, an infant and a toddler are heartbreaking regardless of the norm. The entire NENC is hurting for the lone survivor.

- the key words in your post are 'medication AND counseling' & "off medication'. This means you, as a parent, recognized the problem and found a solution, unlike the parent in the article that just kept medicating. There is a HUGE difference in a 13 year old with symptoms and a toddler.

- My guess would be mentally disturbed and/or low self image also, I just hope every Sharpton/Jackson doesn't jump on the 'poor girl had horrible self image, because black is not seen as beautiful, blah blah blah" Prayers for the young woman involved and her family.
